One Man Band has been feeding Lehi since 1997. The name comes from the open kitchen — one highly talented cook who takes orders, sells orders, and prepares everything. You'll see work trucks and high-end cars parked side by side. Mayors, cops, executives, contractors, and families all eat here.
We were even cast as a Waffle House in a feature film. We host summer cruise-ins every first Tuesday in May. It's not fine dining — it's better. It's the diner from Seinfeld, the bar from Cheers, where the cooks know your name.
